Description

The SRAM Descendant 6K crankset is a big and burly aluminium and steel crankset tough enough to withstand big hits on aggressive trails and rock gardens, yet light enough to cope with everyday riding and deliver a consistent performance every time out.

Featuring SRAM's X-SYNC 2 tooth profile with improved chain retention for a smoother, more efficient pedal feel. The X-SYNC design works seamlessly with the SRAM chain's inner and outer links giving you complete chain control and improved grit and grime clearance.

The DUB technology uses a better-engineered bottom bracket and adopts a uniformed approach to fitment for forwards and backwards compatibility. The SRAM DUB technology provides improved durability and sealing against contamination, resulting in better drivetrain performance overall.

REQUIRES A DUB BOTTOM BRACKET.

    SRAM DESCENDANT CRANKS

    What a unit this is….. it’s everything I need for a hard tail replacement crank set. Shipping was incredibly fast and price wise it was by the better price than all other retailers. Well done MTB DIRECT pat on the back and all should receive a pay rise .

    Trukativ descendent 6k

    Very good cranks they replaced my sram NX cranks which were a bit twisted. These trukativ descendent cranks are cheaper and pretty much the same would definitely recommend these

    You haven't had a real case until you bend your cranks!

    Had to replace my cranks and pedals after the mother of all cases on a step down. Both left side crank and spindle on my pedals bent! Unfortunately no lawyer of significance could win this case! On the bright side my chain ring was probably due for a replacement. What can I say they rotate when I pedal and the chain stays on. As per usual mtb direct were great with service/price and delivery times. Now off to case it again.

    Best performing and looking crankset

    I'll first start saying the one I got isn't a dub one but a normal 6K, But so far it's been the best purchase for a new crankset. When I first got it I thought it would be a skinny crankset like most but no it was just like a fat crank set from Truvativ or Sram, I've been really enjoying it and the graphics look sick and I've had zero problems with it like most other cranks I've had. If I was to purchase another crankset it would be this one!
