Warranty Assessment and Claim Submission
If you are unlucky enough to experience a problem or fault that you think may be a warranty claim please fill in the form below before sending back any items, so we can assess the issue and work out the best way to get you shredding again!
Please provide us with as much information as possible first up - that will help reduce a lot of back and forth between yourself, us and the supplier.
NOTE: Warranties cover manufacturing defects only, so things like crash damage and incorrect installation will not be able to be claimed and covered.
