Description

Replacement rim tape from the best in the business. Can be used on any and all tubeless rims to set them up to be airtight.

One 10 yard roll will tape 5 x 26 inch rims or 4 x 29 inch rims. It's nice and sticky, but won't leave any residue when removed.

    My Go To Rim Tape. Excellent Quality.

    Purchased new wheels recently that stated they came taped ready to use.. full of bubbles, lifting in places. I usually remove fitted rim tape & install Stan's NoTubes rim tape. Have never had an issue with Stan's tape after cleaning the rim with IPA. In this case the rims were wider so ordered this 33mm wide from MTB Direct. Sealed & seated easy with floor pump.

    Works well...overpriced but Mtb direct sell it as cheaply as I anyone else.

    Won’t buy Stans tape again

    I couldn't get it to stick to the rim (dt swiss). I cleaned with alcohol and followed all directions and wasted nearly a whole roll. Got it to stick to itself by doing a double run. Wouldnt recommend.

    Pull. Hard. Works as designed. From experience: Start opposite the valve hole end, then pull hard ensuring there's plenty of tension on the tape, then work around the rim in as straight of a line as possible. over lap start by around 5 inches and cut. cut a small slit in the valve hole. 2mm slit, and push the valve through. A bigger slit will start to tear over time, and you'll have a leak!
