The Shimano MTB Optislick Shift Cable Set reduces friction and effort when shifting gears thanks to a minimal, even electrically coated layer on the stainless steel inner wire. This coating also provides excellent corrosion resistance, while the outer casing is internally lubricated with low-friction silicone grease for smooth, accurate shifting.
