Description

The Duster MTN saddles are a soft yet race-ready design that allows for hours on the trail. Using lightweight Nylon Glass Fibre as a base and the D2 Edge Flex System, this dual injected seat-base features a soft, rubberised compound along the outer edges which allow flex through each pedal stroke. This keeps the centre stiff for ultimate power transfer.

Made with a snag-less rear and nose platform, there should be fewer instances where your pants get caught on the seat! The CrMo Duster MTN saddle is built with a mid-density EVA foam, and the Ti-Alloy Duster MTN uses a lightweight PU foam. Both are created for those who desire more mobility and movement. These seats are designed with a full-length Peri-Canal for added comfort and relief, which makes the Duster an ultimate tool for numerous riding disciplines.

Features:

  • Flat and squared off nose to extend ease of movement to the front of the saddle.
  • Dual-injected EVA foam and nylon fibre composite base with D2 Edge Flex.
  • Stiff centre for ultimate power transfer.
  • Stylish microfibre top with embossed graphics.
  • Utilising the "Peri-Canal" which enables forward and backward movement, without excessive pressure in the perineum region.

Specs:

  • Width: 140mm
  • length: 285

Weight:

  • Ti-Alloy with lightweight PU foam: 285g
  • CrMo with mid-density EVA foam: 300g

    Good all rounder

similar fit and feel to the Fizik Gobi xm but less of a hammock so allows for better movement. Very comfortable but not 'soft' so easy to move for and aft.

Long and a narrower fit but more supportive than say a wtb Silverado.

    Not useful for me.

Saddle arrived promptly from MTB direct. Seemed to have even less padding than the stock Merida seat on my big 9. Tested it by just sitting on my bike but it caused pain on my sit bones immediately - didn't even need to test ride. Sending back for a refund. May just be my butt who knows, I am a fairly thin build.

    Perfect for downhill riding

Perfect Saddle for MTB, not too wide making it easy to get back off the seat when going downhill.

Nice touch of colour as well

    Best seat in the house

Great seat / comfortable on long rides. Had the exact seat on my bike as standard equipment for 3 years - only replace it due to a crash.
