Description

The all-rounder that works in every situation, no matter the weather, no matter the terrain. The widest possible range of use: for Tour and All-mountain, for difficult XC tracks as well as technically challenging Enduro trails.

Nobby Nic got a revised tread design this season:

  • Modern trail bike tread with stable shoulder blocks for even more traction.
  • Enlarged gaps between blocks for better self-cleaning.
  • Outstanding braking and forward traction due to special central stud arrangement.

Super Ground:

Combines lightweight and stability. Feels comfortable in any terrain. Balanced ratio of puncture protection and smooth-rolling. For flowing trails, long rides and any terrain.

ADDIX SpeedGrip:

The universal compound. It has the widest range of uses. Ideal for XC, AM and trail! Even with intensive use: more mileage and longer service life.

    Love these Schwalbe tyres

    I love these Schwalbe Nobby Nic HS602 tyres on a Trek Fuel EXe 9.8. A 2.4 on the rear and a 2.6 on the front gives me a great balance of grip vs amazing durability!

    Comparison with Performance casing

    The Super ground casing gives a sidewall stiffness that invokes confidence in the ride and give better roll than the performance casing. It moves around less underneath you for the same psi as performance. But the performance casing provides better grip and less transmission of small bumps at the same psi (25). I think I could drop the Super ground a couple to 23, reduce some small bumps transmission whilst keeping the sidewall stability. The performance at that psi would be at risk of a pinch flat through the sidewall. The Super ground is a good, lightweight trail tyre, with that added sidewall protection and confidence

    Perfect for the rear

    Great tyre that i run on the rear. (Magic Mary up front.) Super fast tyre and delivers grip exactly where you need it. Helps you find a balance between steeze and sketch. I love it.
