The PNW Loam Grip and Loam XL Grip share the same DNA — ultra tacky compound, ergonomic patterning, and a focus on keeping hands comfortable through long and rough descents — but each caters to a different preference in grip diameter and feel.

The standard Loam Grip is built for trail to downhill riders who want a balanced blend of grip and longevity, comfort and control. Their 25a 'Happy Camper' rubber compound is tacky without burning through quickly. The dual-zone pattern features a thicker outer mountain pattern for palm cushioning and support, paired with a wave-patterned inboard section for vibration damping and thumb grip. A subtle flange sits at the clamp for added slip protection, sized thoughtfully so it does not interfere with thumb access to shift or dropper levers. The grips cover and enclose the bar ends and average 30mm in diameter with a slight taper toward the inboard clamp.
