With so many different 'standards' on the market today, finding the correct ring can be a chore. OneUp's new Switch system solves all these annoyances and makes ring replacements easy. The Switch system is a spider/ring combo (rings sold separately) that replaces your standard direct mount ring. Each Switch spider is available in the common direct mount options and available in different chainlines. Once you select the correct spider, you can choose any of their Switch rings regardless of chainline. Best of all, replacement rings are on the more affordable side compared to other replacement rings.

The Spider installs directly in place of your stock DM ring. To install and remove Switch rings, all you need is a 4mm hex and a few seconds of your time. With fast and easy ring changes you can easily change rings to suit the terrain you are on.

    Worth the upgrade

    The spider is very well made and finished and even though the bolts retaining the chainring look somewhat small, they are holding up very well with no creaking or other odd noises.

    Swapping chainrings is super easy now the crank doesn't have to be removed.

    Convenient upgrade

    Makes a ring swap out on a direct mount a breeze. It's almost ironic really, industry goes to Direct Mount, Industry also goes "hey lets make an adaptor to direct mount cranks to swap rings easily and have cheaper rings....but, we will make out own standard!") Paired with a OneUp Oval 32. Was simple to install (Get the right tool for your crank if you don't have it!) Had it changed over in about five mins total. Looks better than the Deore OEM setup too. Like all OneUp stuff its a lovely looking chunk of metal.

    Will be looking to try a few different rings now
