Description

Fox 5-piece reducer kit.

This polymer reducer kit replaces the old DU bushing and aluminium reducers for less friction and longer life.

Features:

  • This design can reduce friction up to 50% over the older designs.
  • O-rings keep the elements out. The is a huge improvement over previous designs and will prolong the life.
  • Tool free! New bushing installs by hand.

Please note: Your frame's manual will tell you exactly which size you need. Some frames use different sizes on the front and back.

Sold as a single set to suit 1 end of a shock. You will need to buy 2 sets to do a full shock.

    Functional, but overpriced and overrated

    Sure, they do the job just like the old style bushings and spacers did, but they don't last as long and cost more than double the price. Since moving to these I've been going through a set every few months. On the old system I'd usually get at least a year. There are non Fox aftermarket bushings and spacers that are cheaper, more durable and better quality. It is very easy to fit but if you've already got a bushing tool (which are really cheap to by and easy to use) then there isn't much benefit.

    This kit was easily fitted

    This kit was easily fitted without any need for special bushing tools and the principle of the system is far better than the old du bushing system. I think that the system is superior to the needle bearing bushings because the load is suported over a greater surface area of the bushing
