The Fox Raceframe Roost offers a versatile solution for chest and back roost protection. Whilst it not a certified impact protection vest it does offer excellent maneuverability with its low profile and articulated design. Adjustable waistband and shoulder straps mean you can dial in the right fit, whether it is over or under a jersey.

Who's this item for: Gravity riders that are looking for some lightweight upper body protection that can be worn under or over a jersey.

Protection Style: Low profile chest and back roost protection. Arms are uncovered so you can choose to protect them with some elbow pads...or not.

Fitment: Articulated design to hug the body with low profile construction to allow for airflow.

Length of protection: Chest and back. No sleeves.

Protection level: Provides moderate protection. CE EN 14021 Certified Stone Shield

Removable protective inserts for washing: Not removable pads here but a foam-insert can be inserted for additional chest and back protection (sold separately)

Pros: Decent chest and back roost protection. Sleeveless design means that you can ride free of restriction but still have your vitals covered.

Cons: It is not certified for full impact chest or back protection, see the RaceFrame Impact for that. No padding on the arms or protection on the sides. It's a roost protector so it's probably better suited to Moto than it is to MTB.
