Like gravity shorts, only lighter AND WITH FUNCTIONAL POCKETS!
Sorry for the caps in the title, but it's true: it's got functional pockets! The earlier generation of the venerable gravity shorts from DHaRCO had a small pocket to the right, and a small key pocket on the back. Later iterations came with another small-ish zipped compartment on the lower left side (I think, from what I could see). When the trail shorts came out, I bought a pair and liked it immediately. It's a bit lighter in fabric, so it does really well in Aussie summers. It may reveal a thigh gap between knee pads and hem of the shorts, but it's not a big issue (for me at least).
