The UFO hub series features a petal-flange design that increases spoke rigidity across both models. A standout feature is the grease filling port, which allows easy access for maintaining the ratchet without disassembling. The amount of grease filled also determines the operating sound of the hub — more grease for a softer sound, less for a louder one. The main body is interchangeable, meaning the UFO R-148 Boost can switch the cassette to SRAM XDR. However, the Micro Spline is a special specification and does not support this interchange. Please confirm the cassette type required before ordering.
