Trail Inner Tyre Suspension System

The Cushcore Trail inner tyre insert seems to be like a very good product. The tubeless valve included is very high quality and does not seem to leak. Looks great in the lime green as well.

Note, I would only use the included cushcore valve or Mac-off valve with the cushcore as they have air valves on the sides on the inner valve. Any other tubeless valve with just the air outlet on the top of the valve will NOT work with the cushcore. I found that out the hard way.

The cushcore seems to work as per the product description, protects your expensive rims from rock and gutter smashes. Gives you good piece of mind for your expensive carbon or lightweight alloy rims with a tubeless setup.

They will add a small bit of rotational mass to your wheelset, but I think it's worth it to protect damaging your rims.

Haven't used the rims with a flat yet to see if it will survive the ride back, but its got to be better then riding on a flat tyres and your rims.

The Cushcore can be very hard and difficult to insert into the rim and put the tubeless tyre on. We had to watch a few Youtube videos to the get the right technique and tips to insert the insert. It's a lot easier if you follow the little tips and hints.

Still a good product. Bit expensive, but I think it's worth it to save your $1000+ wheelset. I would definitely use some type of insert if I had carbon rims but that is just my opinion.
