With the big brands making a big song and dance about adding an extra gear or an extra tooth to their cassettes, Box is doing things a bit differently with their wide-range 9-speed setups. The Box One is the flagship model in the Prime 9 lineup and offers top-level performance across 9 gears. You'll have the same range as your mates on their 12-speed setups, but 9 speed so much easier to set up so you'll be able to spend more time riding and less time tweaking your gears.Who's this item for: Riders that like going up and down steep hills on their bike but don't want the extra complexity and cost that comes with a 12-speed setup.
The shifter is available in both multi-shift and single shift options. The multi-shift option is not intended for use with e-bikes. Go for the single shift option instead.

Mount style: The shifter uses a hinged bar clamp so you'll be able to install and remove it from your bars without having to remove your other controls and grips.
Shifter cable included: Sure is, all box shifters come with a stainless steel shifter cable included. No housing though so you'll have to get that separately.
Compatibility: For use with the Box Prime 9 series only. It won't be compatible with older 9-speed setups as the amount of cable pull will be different.
