Power Meter Cranksets: Force E1 & Rival E1
Force E1 and Rival E1 power meter cranksets deliver accurate dual-sided power measurement with DUB bottom bracket compatibility. Force E1 cranksets feature carbon construction for reduced weight, while Rival E1 cranksets use lightweight aluminium. Both provide identical power accuracy and wireless data transmission to the AXS app and compatible cycling computers. Available in standard road configurations and XPLR gravel variants, E1 power meter cranksets suit road racing, gran fondo events, gravel adventures and training applications. Force XPLR E1 and Rival XPLR E1 options include 1x chainring compatibility for gravel groupsets.
Complete E1 Groupsets & Individual Components
Force AXS 2x E1 Electronic HRD Groupsets provide complete wireless shifting systems including cranksets, derailleurs, cassettes, chains and hydraulic disc brakes. Build complete bikes or upgrade existing frames with proven AXS wireless technology. Individual components allow custom builds and targeted upgrades. Force AXS E1 and Rival AXS XPLR E1 rear derailleurs work with existing AXS shifters and cassettes. E1 cassettes (10-33t, 10-36t, 10-44t options) and Flattop chains ensure smooth, reliable shifting across road and gravel applications.
Can I use SRAM Force XPLR E1 components for gravel riding?
Absolutely. Force XPLR E1 and Rival XPLR E1 cranksets are specifically designed for gravel with 1x chainring configurations. Pair with XPLR rear derailleurs and wide-range cassettes (10-44t) for complete gravel drivetrains. All XPLR E1 components maintain full AXS wireless integration and power meter functionality.
Are SRAM AXS E1 components compatible with my existing AXS groupset?
Yes, all E1 components work with the complete SRAM AXS ecosystem. E1 derailleurs work with Force AXS, Rival AXS, or Red AXS shifters. E1 cranksets work with any AXS front derailleurs. E1 cassettes and chains work across all AXS road and gravel systems, allowing flexible upgrades and custom builds.
What's the difference between Force E1 and Rival E1?
Both Force E1 and Rival E1 feature identical hood-integrated shifting technology and wireless performance. Force E1 offers premium materials, optimised weight (lighter construction), and refined ergonomics for competitive riders. Rival E1 provides the same revolutionary shifting experience at a more accessible price point, perfect for enthusiast riders.
How long do E1 shifter batteries last?
SRAM AXS E1 shifters use the same universal AXS battery as other SRAM wireless components, providing 20+ hours of ride time per charge. Most riders charge monthly with normal use. The AXS app provides real-time battery monitoring and low-power alerts well before battery depletion.
