Description

Learning to ride clipless doesn't have to be daunting and nerve racking!

The SH56 cleats are perfect for clipless beginners and riders who feel 'trapped' in rough terrain. These multiple release cleats can be released by rolling or twisting your foot in any direction. Pulling up with some force will disengage them as well. If you panic coming to a stop or need to get out in a hurry, these will make it much easier!

    Buy these instead of single release

    I always had trouble with single release. (even with the pedals super loose). The multi release cleats are so much easier on knee and ankle to get in and out of.

    These silver ones release on PULL UP as well as twist - better than the black ones.

    A lot of people don't realise that Shimano has 2 different types of cleats. The black ones, that come with the pedals, only release when you twist, these silver ones not only release on twist but also if you pull up, making it much easier to eject when you need to.

    High quality and great value for money.

    I bought these to replace the pair that I bought 15 years ago! Nice one Shimano and MTB Direct. 15 years, $30 I think I might stick with you both if I'm still around for the next 15 years.
