MTB Direct x Norco Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by MTB Direct and Norco Bicycles (together, the “Promoters”).
2. Competition Period
The promotion commences at 09:00AM AEST on 12 May 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on 12 June 2026 (the “Competition Period”).
3. Entry Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families, pets and agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed invalid.
4. Entry Disqualification
The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries that include objectionable content, profanity, defamatory or inflammatory material may be disqualified.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any individual suspected of fraudulent, deceptive or damaging behaviour.
5. How to Enter
To enter, individuals must complete the entry form during the Promotional Period and submit their details as requested. Entrants must submit their entry via the form on www.mtbdirect.com.au/pages/norco-giveaway. The Promoters have the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
6. Prize
There are 2 prizes to be won:
- Prize One: One (1) 2026 Norco Rampage 1 from Norco Bicycles in the size of the winner’s choice (worth $1899)
- Prize Two: One (1) $250 AUD MTB Direct Gift Voucher
Both prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The winners will be randomly drawn and notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw via their email. It is the winners' responsibility to check all inboxes including spam or junk inboxes.
The prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification. If unclaimed, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct a redraw.
8. Prize Delivery
Prize One will be delivered to an Australian address nominated by the winner. The Promoters are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries.
Prize Two will be delivered to the email address nominated by the winner.
9. Privacy & Marketing Consent
By entering this promotion, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications (including email and SMS) from MTB Direct and Norco Bicycles.
Entrants’ personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoters’ respective Privacy Policies.
10. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize. If the competition is unable to proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to any written direction from relevant Australian regulatory authorities.
The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
12. General
Each prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry form. Entries made on behalf of another person or by third parties will be invalid. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond their control arise.
11. Permit
Any applicable trade promotion permits will be obtained where required.
