Warranty
CLEANSKIN LED LIGHTS:
In Australia and New Zealand, Cleanskin LED Lights carry a two (2) year warranty from the original purchase date (proof of purchase is required.) This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects on the LED light housing, electronics, LED, and the mounting bracket supplied. Cleanskin Batteries carry a 2-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Issues not covered by the warranty include normal wear and tear, improper installation, attempting to access electronics, modifying electronics, damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
CLEANSKIN COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES:
This includes all handlebars, grips, stems, tools, pumps, and pedals. Cleanskin components and accessories carry a limited one (1) year warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. The Limited 1 Year Warranty will only cover Manufacturers Defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or product failure, cracking, breaking, damage, or loss caused by misuse, crashes, abuse, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, riding beyond your limitations, or not meeting the criteria of a Manufacturers Defect.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the warranted product. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor. Cleanskin is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Any claim under this warranty must be made through an authorised dealer, distributor, or directly to Cleanskin. Proof of purchase is required.
In no event shall Cleanskin or its affiliates be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
