Description

Modern MTB frames often require a side pull bottle cage to be able to bit and remove a water bottle. With the Cleanskin Flipside Bottle Cage, you decide on how it is mounted, the bottle can be inserted or removed either from the left or from the right side. This is achieved by using the "flip-chip" piece which changes the orientation of the cage. The Flipside is compatible with standard water bottles and standard 'flushmount' 2-bolt threadserts found on most bike frames.

    Good Price, Okay Fit

    The bottle holder is really good ergonomically, and is perfect for smaller frames since you can remove it from the side, but it doesn't have the greatest hold on bottles. Since it is plastic it cannot be reshaped, so you have to be careful about what bottle you bring, otherwise they will rattle around and fall out. The price is very enticing, and it does it's job okay, but for a couple bucks extra you can get something significantly better.

    Not a bad holder but just not as good as the competition.

    Nice bottle cage

    I’ve now bought two off these one on my sons hard tail the other on my bike both have had no issues with bottle retention.

    Economic versatility cage

    Literally got this because it was on sale and super cheap and wanted a bottle cage for the mtb that wasn't going to cost a lot as it won't be used all that often. Its serving its purpose on the banshee and held the bottle well so far.
