Secure, sleek, and simple to use, the HighRoad is Yakima’s premium upright bike mount. The adjustment-free hoop, with its TorqueRight tightening knob, loads a variety of bikes quickly and easily. The HighRoad secures the bike by the wheels for ultimate bike protection and the low-profile design minimises hatch interference. Universal mounting hardware fits most roof racks.
Who's this item for: This rooftop-mounted rack is suitable for people with the height and strength required to be able to lift the bike overhead and stabilise it while doing up the rack. It might not be a good choice for short people driving big SUV's unless you have a step ladder with you.

How does it carry them: The front wheel is securely locked into place via the adjustment-free hoop and TorqueRight tightening knob and the rear wheel is secured with a ratchet strap. The rack doesn't contact the frame atall.

E-Bike rated: No. But do you really want to be doing overhead presses with an e-bike?
