Description

TRP's two-piece rotors offer superior heat dissipation due to the aluminium centre as well as excellent stiffness and light weight. The two-piece rotors feature a slotted rotor design and the choice of 1.8mm or 2.3mm thickness (2.3mm compatible with TRP DHR-EVO and E-MTB only!).

The thicker rotors offer better heat dissipation and lateral stiffness than standard 1.8mm thick rotors and are the new rotor of choice for TRP's sponsored riders on the DH World Cup circuit such as Aaron Gwin, Brendan Fairclough, and Thomas Estaque.

Compatibility:

  • 1.8mm rotors compatible with standard brakes
  • 2.3mm rotors compatible with TRP DHR EVO and TRP E-MTB brakes only!

Sizes: 180, 203, and 223mm only

Includes 6 T25 Torx mounting bolts

    Trp 2.3mm thick brake rotor

    I find the thick trp rotors a great match for my code brakes because their less prone to warping and because their thicker I get better wear with my pads

    Amazing Rotor

    TRP makes some good quality products which includes this rotor. It is solid 2 piece rotor design where the channels and cut outs helps it clears debris without inhibiting breaking performance. In addition the rotor has excellent heat dissipation to help maintain breaking power over long descents.

    I've opted to have a 203mm rotors front and rear paired with TRP Quadiem 4 pots brakes and sintered pads. I find this combination has good modulation and plenty of bite when needed.

    Great rotor!!

    Got these as I bent a Hope floating rotor and wanted to try the thicker rotor, working great, very true so aligning the caliper is extremely simple.
