Description
With the Range Stem With GoPro Mount, PNW Components has solved the age-old problem of trying to incorporate an action camera or light fittings onto your bike. Rubber mounts often aren't up to the task of rough off-road riding and can end up pointing straight down, or straight up, blasting you right in the eyeballs. Bar mounted GoPro footage often suffers the same fate, leaving you with a sweet view of your front tyre or your mouth breathing, but not much footage of that techy section you just cleaned.
Each Range Stem comes with a detachable mount that is compatible with many headlamp options, GoPros and other POV cameras. The mount is placed dead centre in the middle of the faceplate, securely positioning in the best place to catch all the action or illuminate the trail ahead.
Perhaps best of all, the mount is adjustable and can be easily removed by detaching the faceplate and unbolting the bracket. You can have a stem with nice clean lines when the GoPro mount isn't required.
V3 models have been redesigned from the ground-up and feature a fully CNC'd body, machined from 6061 aluminium which refines the looks and drops the quarantine weight by as much as 40 grams (depending on the length and bar diameter).
Who's this item for: This is a quality stem on its own that is suitable for Trail, AM, and Enduro, but the GoPro mount makes this an excellent choice for people that do a lot of night riding, commuting, or want to capture POV action cam footage from the front of the bike.
