Introducing the Wolf Tooth ReMote Sustain: The ultimate upgrade for your RockShox Reverb dropper

The Rockshox Reverb is a beautiful post, but Wolf Tooth felt it was somewhat let down by its hydraulic remote. Couple that with the incredible success of the Wolf Tooth ReMote, and the Sustain was born.

Cable actuated for fuss-free use, and the legendary ergonomics of the ReMote. With this combo, Wolf Tooth has improved tactile feedback, reduced the overall height of the Reverb by a whopping 40mm (compared to connectamajig version) while still leaving all the hydraulic internals of the post itself intact.

Compatibility:

  • Compatible with Rockshox Reverb A2 and B Spec Stealth (internal) routing dropper posts.
  • NOT compatible with A1 or C1 spec Reverbs. C1 Reverbs will have "Reverb" will be marked in gold cursive at the top of the post.
  • NOT compatible with non-Stealth (externally routed hydraulic hose)
  • A2 Spec has no marking at the top of the stanchion and the speed adjuster knob is black (vs Silver for the A1)
  • B Spec has gold "Rockshox" written at the top of the stanchion

    Do it.

    I originally swapped over from the original push button remote to Rock Shoxs 1X remote but after multiple bleeds and a hose change I was still needing to bleed the remote every month or so.

    I was sick of that and wanted a simple cable actuated remote so purchased this one. Very easy install for anyone use to working on their bike and so far its been the right choice.

    If you are looking at upgrading from the original push button remote then this is a no brainer, if like me you continue to have issues with the new hydraulic rock shox remote then this is a solid mechanical solution which works much better

    great improvement to original hydraulic design

    Straight forward to mount and good quality, well designed parts but a lot of money for a cable, a lever and an actuator - but the low maintenance and good control of the dropper post was worth it.

    Safer Ride

    The Wolf tooth Sustain Remote is easy to get used to as the lever is exactly where it should be and you will drop the post more often. It is safer as well because your thumb is staying lower under the handle bar. The seat returns quicker as the action is a bit more on/off than the under bar mounted plunger that I had prior. (the lever is the Light Action model in this kit)

    Excellent.

    The recent cold weather has no effect at all on the cable actuated remote. With the OEM remote I would always get slow seat post in cold weather no matter how carefully the remote was bled.
