Cable Monkey by Tru-Tension is the quickest and easiest way to lubricate cables on your MTB.
Cable Monkey works by pushing fresh lubricant down the sleeve of the cable, keeping the cable well lubricated and working smoothly within its housing, while helping to prevent wear, corrosion and sticking.

How to use your Cable Monkey
To use, simply remove one end of the cable and securely clamp it within the Cable Monkey housing. Once sealed in place, connect a can of TT78 of Maintenance Spray by Tru-Tension to the Cable Monkey and blast a fresh layer of lubricant into the housing. Refit the cable and check it is working correctly before riding.
