Description

Going mountain bike riding in the wet can be a whole lot of fun but nobody likes being cold and wet. The TLD Resist Water Resistant Shorts are based on the styling of the popular Moto short but take things a couple of steps further by adding in 10k breathability 20k permeability water resistance with Teflon-coated nylon/spandex fabric construction. With taped seams and waterproof zippers (including the fly) these shorts will make things more bearable when the weather takes a turn for the worse and will keep you shredding in the slop.

Who's this item for: Riders who aren't afraid to go riding when it's wet and miserable. As they are based on the Moto short these would be suitable for gravity focussed riding and would be too heavy for XC and Trail riding.

Outseam Measurement: 23.5"

Liner Included: These are a shell short so there is no liner included.

Materials: Made with 85% Nylon/ 16% Spandex Nylon and 70/20 spun denier DTY yarn. 10K breathability/20K water resistance. Reinforced seat area for added durability.

Pockets Position and Quantity: 2 front hand pockets with waterproof zippers and storm flaps, 1 waterproof zippered pocket, 2 waterproof zipper vent openings on the thigh for when things start to get steamy.

Waist Closure System / Fly / Size Adjusters: Button up closure with adjustable webbing belt to fine-tune the fit. The belt buckle also doubles as a bottle opener for those post-ride refreshments.

Pros: Water-resistant materials and waterproof zippers will help to keep you comfortable when riding in inclement weather.

Cons: While these will go a long way towards keeping you warm and dry they are still only water-resistant so you will still get wet. It might take a little longer to seep through but it will happen eventually.
