    Good Choice

    I upgraded from a 30T to this 32T chain ring to increase my flat speed. Not a huge difference, but an improvement for sure. Not sure what you can say about a SRAM Chain Ring, it's well made, round and does what it says on the pack!

    SRAM Z-Sync steel chain ring

    Fantastic - bought a 30T to replace the standard 32T on my Fuel-ex for easier climbing. Cheap and easy upgrade on any 29er.
