    You get what you pay for, great product

    Once I worked out whether I needed 6 mm offset not 3 mm boost and with confirmation from MTB Direct staff, order made as usual great delivery time in current circumstances. Install was easy and works perfectly.

    Go oval!

    Works great, really helps climbing on my big travel bike. Clears gunks well. Works with boost chainline

    Fantastic build quality

    I was a little disappointed at the range of chainring sizes I could find for the eagle 1x and was looking for a larger ring to port my MTB 1x setup over to my gravel bike build. These chainrings are a little pricey, but the build quality is fantastic.

    I have the same sized chainring from wolftooth on another bike and am used to their chainrings being of a superior quality to OEM, but this easily has it bested. It's light but very solid and grips the chain better than any 1x setup I've used. I was a little concerned the 38t front might be too big for the 52t rear, and there is some crosschaining there as you might expect, but I didn't go up a size to do a lot of really steep dirt climbs!

    It's a little pricey, but for once it's definitely a case of you getting what you paid for - pretty stoked!
