Description
Rainy days, deep puddles and rivers crossings always lead to one thing; cold, wet, pruny feet. Sealskinz hail from the UK so they know a thing or two about being cold and wet, so they've developed a range of products designed to help you enjoy being outdoors in comfort.
The Sealskinz Waterproof Warm Weather Mid Length Socks use a laminated three-layer construction with a Merino lining to create the perfect mix of waterproofing and breathability. You'll be able to ride through puddles with reckless abandon and your tootsies will stay all cosy and dry.
Who's this item for: These socks are for anyone heading into the outdoors when it's cold and wet. These are the cold-weather version of these socks so they are perfect for wet winter days.
Sock Length/Height: Sealskinz don't provide an exact measurement but this is a mid-length sock that should reach about halfway up most people's shins.
Stand out features: 100% waterproof so your feet should stay nice and dry. Merino lining provides moisture control, insulation and comfort. Flat toe seams prevent rubbing to help keep you going all day.
Materials:
- Outer: 90% Nylon, 10% Elastane
- Membrane: Hydrophilic membrane
- Inner: 35% Merino wool, 35% Acrylic, 23% Polyester, 3.5% Elastane, 3.5% Nylon
Product Reviews
- Mark H.I recommend this productRated 5 out of 5 stars1 year agoNiche product, but amazing if you have the need
Probably not all that popular outside Tasmania and Victoria, but if you absolutely insist on riding your bike in all conditions through the winter, Id say these are the best possibly upgrade to your gear. Warm, dry toes even in the most appalling conditions - makes it almost bearable
