If you like the security and power provided by clips but still want a shoe with a rugged design and an emphasis on comfort and protection then you will love the Ride Concepts Flow Transition SPD Shoes. Featuring D3O impact protection in the insole and collar, additional rubber toe and heel protection and a high rise midsole, these shoes will keep your feet strapped in and safe so all you have to worry about is destroying the trails.Who's It For: These clip in shoes offer good protection and a lot of support for all day riding. They are perfect for Trail, Enduro or even Downhill riding.
Pedal Interface: These are clip-in shoes.
Closure: They have a traditional lace up style closure with an added velcro strap for extra security. The tongue is fully gusseted to prevent dirt or debris from entering the shoe.
Upper Materials: Features a durable, ventilated synthetic upper with anti abrasion mesh. The materials allow the shoe to dry quickly after riding in wet conditions, and the ventilation allows the shoes to breath during riding. The D3O asymmetrical medial collar offers impact protection on the inner side of the shoes.
Sole Materials: They feature a rubber sole with Ride Concepts DST 8.0 mid grip rubber compound. Its a long lasting compound with grip when needed but not so much it will stop you clipping in. An added RC PowerDrive molded nylon shank runs the full length of the shoe for increased power transfer.
Sole Type: Features hexagonal shaped grip with a recessed heel and toe section for better grip off the bike. The Medial high rise EVA midsole provides extra support and shock absorption.
