We recommend pulling up knee pads from the top and bottom of the pad with care, in a way that avoids stretching the mesh or damaging the stitching.

I've been riding these knee pads for about 3 or so years since 2019, mostly on shuttle days up at Mystic, Falls Creek, Buller and some pedal days around Mystic.
I've crashed in them so many times i've lost count, always walked away and mostly unscathed thanks to these pads. I just recently crashed on Mystic DH and these pads absolutely saved my knees - i have a graze on my skin and some soreness around the area from the big hit on a rock, but without these pads I would not have a working knee anymore. Would recommend to anyone riding gravity or racing enduro. You can pedal around in them if needs be, it is just a little more uncomfortable and sweaty is all.

A little tight atm. Still running them in. Good design.

Fit is accurate. Comfortable while pedalling and stay in place. Hard shell bits are reassuring. Probably not the best option for xc rides on a hot day though.

Very comfortable, the larger fit is perfect for us bigger blokes and adjustable for when the thighs trim down a bit... They get a bit cosy doing a lot of up hill which you'd expect from a non skin type knee pad, but not anywhere near as much as the more bulky down hill knee pads. Definitely a great all round set for up hill and gravity riding without sacrificing comfort. No irritation at all.
