The KS KGSL remotes take their classic 2x/3x style levers and shave out just about every gram possible while maintaining everything that people loved about them. They are still symmetrical for left or right-handed positioning and they are still compatible with ODI Lock-On grips, enabling you to replace the inside clamp with the remote for a super neat and compact setup (dual clamp ODI grips only).
Who's this item for: These remotes are perfect for everyone still rocking a front derailleur that wants to have a dropper post on their bike. This 2x/3x style remote can be positioned on the bars so that it won't interfere with the operation of your shifters.
Compatibility: These are front feed remotes with the ball end of the cable held in the remote. They will be compatible with any dropper post that clamps the loose end of the cable at the post.
Materials: Available in composite, alloy, and carbon options to suit any budget.
What's in the box: KGSL remote, J Pipe with barrel adjuster. No cable or housing included.
Pros: Allows riders rocking a front derailleur to run a dropper post remote on their bars. The clamp can neatly integrate with the inner clamp on dual clamp ODI grips for a compact setup.
Cons: Not as ergonomic as under bar levers so you might have to move your thumb more to reach the remote when using your dropper.
