Description

Stop the chain drop and quieten up your ride with FUNN's Zippa AM Chainguide. This is an enduro specific chain guide that forgoes the bash guard and uses a roller pulley to keep things lightweight and quiet. This guide uses the ISCG 05 mounting standard but also includes an external BB adapter.

Who's this item for: Enduro/all-mountain riders looking for a good value chain guide that will keep your chain in place over the rough stuff.

Materials: 6061 Alloy Backplate with a 7075 Alloy pulley construction. The top and bottom guide are built from reinforced nylon fibre.

Chainring compatibility: 32-38T range for this guide.

Chainline: compatible with standard or boost spacing.

Dimensions / weight: 120g

    Putting the FUNN into your rides.

    This chain guide put the FUNN back into my riding, I used to get chain suck which made me very self-conscious about not pedaling backward at all, quite easy to install with only a small amount of tinkering around to get to line up but nothing your average weekend warrior (like me) couldn't easily put together. The small jockey wheel means the chain hugs the bottom of the chainring like a warm hug from grandma. this guide has also quietened down my ride with less chain slap on smaller bumps which means I can enjoy trails without my chain trying to challenge me to a banjo duel (I would probably lose).

    I used this on my 2021 Commencal Meta AM with a 32T chainring.

    Good quality and quiet

    I bought this as a tensioner for a singlespeed conversion, and it works great. Seems good quality and runs very quietly.
