RL-5 Single Speed Chain Tensioner

If you've got a MTB with a Cassette, or Multi-Freewheel and you want to convert it to single speed, the fact that your frame does not have horizontal dropouts means that you don't have a way to keep tension on your chain and stop it from dropping off.

That's where the RL-5 from DaBomb comes in.

It attaches to your derailleur hanger and QR Skewer (rear hub axle) to provide a highly adjustable, secure and discrete spring-loaded chain tensioner that will help keep your chain in place.

The RL-5 weighs only 122g but is made from strong 6061 Aluminium and provides stainless hardware and spring for durability.

Please note: The RL-5 only suits bikes with a QR Skewer-type rear axle and derailleur hanger.
