Description

The Cleanskin Traverse shorts are your perfect bottom layer for those days you ride without knee protection. Designed as a Trail-XC style short, the Traverse features all the same components that the longer descend shorts have but with a shorter inseam.

Who's it for? Trail riders looking for a no-frills, do-it-all pair of MTB shorts.

    Fit: These were designed to fit slightly on the larger size so you can make use of the velcro tabs.

    Liner Included: No liner is included with these shorts.

    Pockets Position and Quantity: Single Pocket - offset to the side so it doesn't get in the way of your quads when pedaling.

    Waist Closure System / Fly / Size Adjusters: Double Velcro adjusters.

      Comfortable relaxed shorts

      They are comfortable and lightweight.

      Good design with straps in the side to allow waist adjustment.

      They are very thin but have not ripped to date with good hard usage.

      Good shorts at a more sensible price.

      I've been mountain biking for over 10 years and in that time, I've found that MTB shorts are crazy expensive for what they are.

      The Cleanskins are normally $60, but I scored them for only $10 during the Black Friday sales.

      For that price you can't go wrong.

      I've done 1 ride since getting these shorts. They are very lightweight and I can turn the cranks freely.

      I don't get snagged on the nose of the saddle in these shorts either.

      A few more colour choices would be nice, but for $10 this little niggle can be overlooked.

      Quality shorts at a great price

      True to size these are nice and light with good stretch. They have a couple of tightening velcro straps on the sides could be worth going up in size if your unsure. They are perfect on and off the bike.
