    Product recall well publicised and replacements delivered really quick.

    Thanks for organising the recall and replacing units not up to AS/NZ3000 standards.

    I missed the first emails, so thanks for sending reminders as I had not noticed the first (one or few) notices.

    I spoke to 4 people here and my brother to get them to fill in the online form for replacement.

    All my mates reported great service. Cheers PaulS

    Awesome Customer Service

    I lost my charger for the battery pack and after an email it was replaced within a day with no questions asked.

    I was expecting to pay for a new one and they put me onto a local distributor who bent over backwards to ship me a replacement.
