Who's this item for: This is a general-purpose cycling light suitable for use on the road and cycle paths. When paired with another light it would be suitable for off-road use but it's not really powerful enough for off-road riding at night on its own.

LED Type: This light uses one high-intensity white LED with a powerful wide beam.

Battery Type: An internal Li-ion rechargeable battery (3.7V-2500mAh)

Modes, Output and Runtime: There are 5 modes to choose from (High / Middle / Low / Daytime HyperConstant / Flashing). The 200 lumen flashing mode will last the longest at 30hrs while the highest setting at 800 lumens will last about 1.5hrs.

Charging Method and Time: Charged via Micro-USB cable (included). Recharge time approx 3 hours.

Mount Type: Bar mounted via the included FlexTight bracket that used a large plastic dial to tighten the unit onto the bars. The light can also be helmet mounted with an accessory that is sold separately.

Waterproof Rating: Cateye does not make any claims about this light being water-resistant or waterproof.

Weight: 136g

What's in The Box: AMPP800 unit, FlexTight bracket, Micro-USB charge cable.
