Description

This jacket is for when you need an extra layer for the start or finish of the ride, or as an emergency option to take with you in case the weather makes a turn. Stash it in your pack or jersey pocket ready to be whipped out at a moment's notice.

Who's this item for: Any kind of rider looking for an emergency layer than can be easily carried without taking up too much space.

Element Resistance: This is predominantly a windproof jacket but it also has a water-repelling treatment to make it suitable for use in damp conditions.

Fit Type: Standard fit, neither excessively baggy or slim. Elongated at the rear to cover your butt when you're in a riding position.

Materials: lightweight and soft-touch windproof shell treated with a water repellent finish. Soft-touch stretch material on the inside collar for comfort. Reflective detailing on the front and rear for extra visibility.

Stuffability: Very stuffable! It even comes with an integrated storage bag so you can easily stow it in a bag or jersey pocket.

Pockets Position and Quantity: This jacket prioritises stuffability and convenience over storage so it doesn't have any pockets.

Hood: There is no hood on this jacket.

Pros: Super lightweight and portable, the windproofing will keep some of the chill off and the water-resistant finish will keep some of the moisture off. Handy for when you need an extra layer for the start or end of the ride.

Cons: It's really only for emergencies or when space is at a premium. If it's super cold or pouring with rain you will need something more substantial to wear. The material is quite thin so it will tear easily if snagged or if you crash.
