    Passes the convict test

If you've ridden any variant of the Convict 100 you know that there are some nice long descents that will have you questioning your choice in brake pads. Thankfully, the absoluteBlack Graphen pads provided the necessary stopping power to get around the hair pin corners safely.

Installing these pads on my SRAM Level TL rear brake was a bit tedious and only once some of the paint had chipped of the edge of the pads did they sort of fit. They seemed to drag on the rotor until they were properly bedded in, but perform beautifully once that is out the way.

I think as with most after market products, when they try to cater for every variation on the market there will be some that work flawlessy and others that they just slightly miss the mark. I would definitely recommend these pads but be aware there may be an adjustment period and they may require a bit of finesse to get in.
