If you have a Thule EasyFold, EuroPower, EuroWay, EuroClassic G6, or VeloCompact platform style bike carrier, you can avoid the heavy lifting, particularly if you own an e-bike, and simply roll your bike up the ramp onto your carrier. It's safer for you and safer for the bike.

The 9152 locating ramp has two fingers that hook into the wheel holders of compatible bike carriers to prevent the ramp from slipping and the length has been designed to provide a suitable incline for bike carriers mounted to the towbars of standard passenger cars. This incline will obviously increase as your vehicle's towbar height increases, making it harder to push your bike up the ramp.
