Take the sting out of winter with these wind and water resistant gloves from Pearl Izumi. These gloves are all about keeping you comfortable in single digit temperatures and provide just enough insulation and wind resistance to keep out the cold without causing your hands to overheat and get all sweaty. They do this while maintaining the dexterity of your fingers and use a 1:1 glove fit and palm construction so you'll still maintain maximum cockpit control and won't feel like you have sausages for fingers.

The wrist cuff is an exaggerated length to help keep out the wind, and conductive leather is used on the finger and thumb to enable the use of a touchscreen device so you won't need to take them off to use your phone. Perhaps most importantly of all, the backs of the thumbs are fleecy to provide maximum comfort and effectiveness for the all-important nose wiping duties.

Consider these as more of a cool weather or intermediate glove than a full-on winter glove. They probably won't be warm enough to stop your fingers snapping off on a - 5 degree epic commute to work as the insulation is fairly minimal, but they will be a great choice for riding in cool temps between 0-10 degrees.
