EVO Tyre Insert

The Panzer Evo protects your rims from dings while riding in rocky terrain, with low pressures, or with a flat tyre. The new Evo shape improves on the original Panzer insert by reducing the total volume by 20% while increasing the protection in the area with the highest exposure to impact.

These significant modifications entail an increase in the volume of air inside the tyre, allowing greater freedom in terms of tyre deformation. All this without negatively impacting the ease of installation.

The New GEN3L material has been developed with a clear objective: increasing the level of rim protection and extending the life of the insert itself, without negatively impacting the insert’s weight.

The new material has an enormous capacity to absorb impact, and thanks to the addition of an internal reinforcement laminate its structural rigidity and resistance to deformation and stretching have been improved by 200% over the original Panzer inserts.
