It's capable of withstanding extremely high temperatures and maintains responsiveness and performance by resisting water contamination and vaporisation. It's the perfect option if you are looking to minimise any brake fade on those long and steep DH descents (Cannonball here we come!).

Type of Fluid: This is DOT 5.1 fluid and is suitable for use in brake systems requiring DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 fluids.

Boiling Point: The dry boiling point is 269°C, the wet boiling point is 187°C.

Pros: It is suitable for many brake systems and provides excellent stopping power even under extreme conditions.

Cons: It is not suitable for brakes that take Mineral Oil, ie Shimano or TRP.
