So ION went back and integrated the simple but unmatched hard cap in combination with high-quality memory foam padding for optimal protection and comfort. HD_MEMORY_FOAM: Closed-cell foam with extremely high shock-absorbing characteristics, including multi impacts.
SAS-TEC: SAS-TEC's 3D-protectors made of viscoelastic soft foam offer incredible shock absorption values. They are multi-impact compliant, adapt to body contours and are heat resistant.
POWER_ARAMID: Power_Aramid is a synthetic fibre originally developed by DuPont. Today it's used for a range of applications from bulletproof helmets via tires to bowstrings. It offers outstanding tear resistance and tensile strength
AIR_PRENE: Neoprene is pretty versatile. It also absorbs impact forces in the event of a crash. Airprene_Padding makes for lightweight protection, whilst providing sufficient breathability to avoid overheating underneath. Very flexible and robust neoprene, perforated for breathability and with a Sanitized finish for long-lasting freshness.
SANITIZED: Sanitized is a certified antibacterial fabric treatment to prevent bad odour from bacteria, mildew etc. in moist or sweaty environments. It uses the active biocidal substance zinc pyrithione to shut down bacterial cell growth. Sanitized is perfectly safe for your health and the environment and fully complies with the strict and independent testing standards of bluesign, Allergy UK and Oeko-Tex 100/Class I (safe for babies).
