Description

Seen on the Enduro World Series circuit, HT's T1 Enduro pedals are perfect for riders who love aggressive riding!

Utilising a large CNC machined aluminium body with 2 pins per side, the T1 gives you amazing grip and support. To ensure the pedals hold up to the abuse they see on techy trails in all weather conditions, HT uses their EVO + bearing system. This consists of a needle bearing and bushing per pedal. With an adjustable spring tension and the included 4° float cleats, you'll notice the improved control right off the bat! Works best with all-mountain and gravity style shoes.

Please note: While the mechanism and cleats look similar to Shimano, they are not cross compatible. H1 pedals will give you a more 'positive' in and out feel compared to SPD's. As such, we recommend reducing the tension until you get a feel on the first few rides.

Features:

  • 368g per pair.
  • Cleats weight 64g per pair
  • 68 x 83.5 x 16.8mm
  • CNC machined aluminium body, CNC machined Cr-Mo Axles.
  • EVO + bearing system consists of needle roller and bushing per side
  • Include set of HT's proprietary X1 4 degree float cleats
  • 2x replaceable and adjustable pins per side.

    Sick pedals

Awesome pedal, nice and light, sturdy and comes with heaps of spares. Now just got to learn how to not have embarrassing climbing falls..

    These are really great pedals

These are really great pedals a wider stance than Shimano's had a couple of timber ! moments as they are a bit harder to clip out in a hurry but getting more used to disengaging the foot. They spread the load well under your shoe, and the pins are a help when you miss a clip in.

    Great pedals. Solid engagement, but

Great pedals. Solid engagement, but clipping out feels different to Shimano SPDs. Not bad, just different. Cleats are steel and didn't get too clogged up with mud, nor did the pedals.

Absolutely love the HT T1 pedals. Nice feeling clipping in and out with solid clicks to let you know you have clipped in as well. Easy to tighten and no more rounding out the 3mm bolt or allen key, and easy to service as well. Would highly recommend if you want tighter pedals compared to shimanos or want a more positive feel when clipping in and out.

    Tried them at a technical

Tried them at a technical 4hr enduro that was very muddy in parts and technical in parts and i had to unclip about 5 times a lap, and they were fantastic, just throw yr foot down on the pedal somewhere and boom you are clipped in in no time. Was very very happy with them. But then when I got home I noticed pedals were basically seized. It was obvious the muddy conditions were too much for whatever they have as a way of sealing against the elements. Which is rather disappointing. Then, I discover you can download a manual transmission how to service from HT or anywhere on the internet, and no manual os included in the box. So that's really doubly disappointing. Then on trying to wing it, I discover you need a super super thin 8mm socket which about 0.1 percent of the global population wld have or be able to find. Why make it so hard to service? I managed a work around by jamming a flat head screwdriver in to hold the nut whilst undo axle. As suspected, both pedals chock full of mud and muddy water. Lengthy process ensued to fully clean and re grease. All good now, but im and concerned how often will I need to do this? After every wet ride? So a brilliant performing pedal re clip in, but seemingly as weather proof as a tea bag, looking to be a pedal that needs a lot of take ap(more...)
