Description

Genuine E-Thirteen replacement parts for the TRS Plus Cassette. These are Gen 2 parts and now use the T25 pinch bolt for attachment to the freehub body, rather than the lockring system the Gen 1 cassettes used.

Please note: The Gen 1 TRS Plus cassettes were made up of three parts. These spares are for the Gen 2 TRS RACE cassette which now uses a two-part system. Unfortunately Gen 1 parts are no longer available from E-Thirteen.

    Not sturdy and durable enough. Bends and breaks easily

    I had this part as part of ethirteen cassette and also this replacement part. Issues with drive train not shifting smoothly to big cogs and chain coming off. After spending some time and doing all common clean and checks including replacement of whole inner and outer cable and covers which did not fix the issue, I realized that the actual cog itself, specially the 46t one was bent. Bending it back and straightening it felt quite soft being aluminum. Not having any crashes to cause damage to my cassette I am almost certain that deformity was the result of chain pulling and putting an outward force on cog under load- as the chain gets quite out of line of front cog in this position- and the aluminum part is not sturdy enough to keep up with it and starts bending overtime. My original drivetrain is 11 speed SRAM GX.
