    Running small still

Hi, I'm very skinny and ordered the knee & elbow pads in M as you mentioned the sizing issue had been rectified. Always had M or S in protection.

Sadly they are still undersized, or the ones you sent are from an old batch? They were comically tight, genuinely couldn't get either of them past the wrist or the knee ones even over my foot! They would be tight on a child I reckon.

    Great service though. Thanks.

HIGH QUALITY. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEDALLING

ON opening the package my first thoughts were wow high quality product. They fit on the tightr side. Once I started riding I found them to be buched up behind the knee and uncomfortable when climbing. Great on the decent. As for protection I believe they would be excellent.

    The sizes run small

These knee pads are quite nice in build and quality. However on measurements I would be a medium hence my purchase however I would actually fit a Large better. Once I got them they were very difficult to get on initially. I had washed them a few times to help loosen the elastic and this did help. Wearing them they are comfortable and look like they will protect well (i have not crashed with them yet). They are just really tight on the backside of the knee where the leg bends however i did expect that due to them being a slipon.

    Good afternoon Chris,

Thanks for taking the time to write a review, we always appreciate hearing real world experiences from our customers.

We recently discovered an error on the sizing charts for the Dakine Slayer range of protection. The charts have since been updated to properly reflect the product measurements and future orders fill fit true to size.

Please let me know if I can provide any further assistance.
    Cheers,
    Jono
