Helm Mark II Coil Sprung Fork

The original Helm fork impressed many riders with its stiff chassis, supportive feel, and a host of innovative features. It was a fork that liked it rough and performed best at high speeds under hard-charging riders.

The Mark II retains many of the great features of the original Helm, but Cane Creek has tweaked, tuned, and improved the damper and internals to create a fork with the ideal balance of buttery smoothness and support.

The fork is available in both air and coil sprung versions. You are currently looking at the coil-sprung fork.

Compression damper style technologies / adjustments: The MKII features a new compression and mid-valve circuit for increased support and control. A new SKF oil seal head and lighter weight damper oil reduce friction and provide a more supple ride-feel.
