Zee SL-M640 10 Speed Right Shift Lever

It is really smooth and easy to install.

I have it paired with a Shimano Deore 10 speed derailleur and it works perfectly.

For $45 it is a beast. Went to my local bike store and it costs $100. It is perfect for what I do(mostly dirt jumping). It is pretty much the same as the XT but way cheaper. It works great with my XTR derailleur. Got the last one I could find on 15 different websites and so glad I found it. Definitely worth my money.

Very happy with the performance of this sturdy little shifter. Have over a year of use, a few crashes and a lot of hard riding, mostly enduro/trail. Coupled with the zee derailleur which i love for its reliability and quiet chain retention/zero chain slap. Obviously its not top of the line but definitely a worthy 10spd setup.

this was to replace an slx shifter that had worn out. There doesn't seem to be a lot of options any more for 10 speed shifters any more and i was due to sell the bike so thought this would do.

The shifting after the SLX feels very stiff, so while it works as advertised i wouldn't recommend it.

In the past year or 2 with these on 2 of my bikes, I've had to replace both due to premature failure. Overall I'd say they work well while functioning, but the build quality seems a bit lacking - the last one just all of a sudden stopped shifting properly and then the bottom fell off, with no hard riding at all. That said, they're half the price of a Saint and 10sp options are getting thin on the ground, hence the like for like replacement.
