How many pistons: This is the two piston caliper.
Material: The caliper features a painted aluminum body.
Brake Type/Fluid: As with all Shimano brakes, it takes Mineral Oil.
Which Pads: It takes J and G series pads.
Hose Length: No hose, this is a caliper only.
Weight: Approximately 392gm.
Pros: Lightweight and good power for the price.
Cons: Some riders dislike the bitey response from Shimano brakes.
