The little plastic things you put on the end of your cable outers to stop all the goop and gak from getting in where it doesn't belong and spoiling your shifting quality.
Available in sealed and unsealed versions with the option to add a rubber "Tongue" to go over your inner cable to pre clean the cable before it goes into your housing.
A great way to ensure your cables last even longer.
